What sells Indian Spirit?
Indian Spirit specializes in natural products that consciously support body and mind. Our range includes herbs, ceremonial cacao, fresh magic truffles, microdosing truffle packs, Kratom (powder, capsules, tinctures), Rapé, seeds (such as pepper seeds) and carefully selected accessories (e.g. Clipper-lighters and covers). We value quality, provenance, and clear information. On each category page, we explain what it is, how to use it, and what to look for—so you can make informed choices that align with your intention, ritual, or daily routine.
Do you deliver discreetly?
Yes, discretion is key. Your order will be shipped in neutral packaging without any conspicuous markings. We'll keep the packing slip and label simple and discreet. This way, you can order with peace of mind, even if your neighbors or colleagues accept the package. As soon as your order is processed, you'll receive a Track & Trace code so you can track the shipment yourself and plan your arrival time.
Do you ship within the Netherlands and the EU?
We ship within the Netherlands and to many countries within the European Union. Delivery times vary by country and carrier; within the Netherlands, it's usually fast, while within the EU, it may take a few extra business days. After processing, you'll always receive a Track & Trace code. Please note that local regulations may vary by country; you, as the customer, are responsible for verifying that your product is legal in your country/region.
My Track & Trace isn't moving — what now?
Sometimes the carrier needs extra time to register the first scan (e.g., during busy periods). Wait a few hours and check again. If it remains undelivered, or your package is sitting idle longer than usual, please send us your order number; we'll contact the carrier and keep you updated until there's clarity.
Which payment methods do you accept?
During checkout, we automatically display the available payment options for your country (e.g., bank/card and other common methods). Payments are processed through secure payment platforms. You'll receive an order confirmation email and later a shipping confirmation with Track & Trace. Is your preferred method not listed? Feel free to contact us; we're happy to help.
Can I still change or cancel my order?
As long as your order hasn't shipped yet, we can often still change or cancel it. Please contact customer service as soon as possible with your order number and the desired change. If the shipment is already on its way, we'll look into return or exchange options (if applicable to the product type).
Can I return products?
You can return unopened, unused, and in their original condition products within the statutory return period. Exceptions apply to fresh/highly perishable items such as fresh truffles. Always register your return with our customer service first; we will then explain the steps (return label, packaging, refund period).
How quickly will my order be shipped?
Orders placed on business days before a certain cutoff are generally processed quickly. As soon as your package has been handed over to the carrier, you'll receive a Track & Trace code with the expected delivery time. During peak periods (holidays/sales), it may be slightly busier; we'll do everything we can to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
What is the minimum age to order?
The minimum age is 18 years. We do not deliver to minors and may perform an age check if there is any doubt. By placing an order, you declare that you are 18+ and will handle the purchased products responsibly.
Is it legal to buy magic truffles?
Fresh magic truffles are legally available in the Netherlands. Outside the Netherlands, laws may differ—always check this beforehand. Also, keep in mind that possession, use, or import may be restricted or prohibited in some countries. We cannot accept responsibility for ignoring the law; please inform yourself thoroughly and act responsibly and legally.
